Let’s face it - in today’s fast-paced world most of us were never taught about nutrition or the connections between what we put on our plates and the symptoms we experience. But the hard truth is, most of our symptoms are linked to our food and lifestyle choices. That’s great news! Because it means with a bit of education and changing habits you can have the power to alter your health in positive and profound ways! But it’s not always an easy journey - information overload can leave you feeling confused. Creating new habits takes time and effort. That’s why working with me as your nutrition and lifestyle coach can help you cut through the noise and create life-changing habits to help you feel your best.

But it’s not only about food.

So what exactly IS a holistic nutritionist? To put it briefly, holistic nutritionists look beyond nutrition - we also look at lifestyle factors such as exercise, stress-management, sleep, and self-care. All of these factors influence the ways our bodies and minds function. And if one of these areas is neglected, your body will show you - through the symptoms you are experiencing. Headaches? Low energy? Low mood? These are signs that something is off - together we will look at your food and lifestyle factors and put together a plan to help you rebalance your health. How it will work

  • During our 15 minute phone call we will talk about why you are seeking nutritional guidance, your health concerns, and what working with me with look like in more detail, including suitable packages and pricing options. If you choose to work with me, we will book our initial virtual session.

  • I will send you intake forms to complete to get more detail on your health concerns and your goals. These forms are to be completed prior to your consultation.

  • During our initial session we will go over your intake forms in more detail so that I can get a clearer understanding of your health concerns and your goals. Together we will discuss an outline of your health plan including food, exercise and stress management tools. We will talk about any concerns or questions you have.

  • Shortly after our first meeting I will send you your personalized meal plan along with a summary of what we discussed in our meeting, outlining a Plan of Action for the coming weeks.

  • We will have at least one30 minute follow-up session, and more if you choose. For most people, making change can be challenging. It takes time to get used to new habits and new ways of eating. That’s why after one meeting I won’t leave you with nothing but a high five and “good luck”! I want to see you succeed. Together we will work on implementing changes that you are ready for, at a pace that works for you. During our follow up sessions (weekly or bi-weekly) we will look at what’s working, and what isn’t, and make any adjustments to your plan that are necessary.
